DELIVERY

Delivery in Ukraine
Delivery of the order is carried out by the carrier companies: Novaja Pochta, Delivery, Night Express. When receiving an order, you must have a passport or driver's license with you. The prepaid product can only be received by the person to whom the delivery is made.
Carriers:
On an ex works basis
EXW is possible only by prior agreement with the manager.

EXW points:
Kharkiv, pos. Zhukovsky, Pozdovzhnia Street, 2 (exhibition hall)
Lviv, Buzkova Street, 2
Kyiv, Borodyansky lane, 3 (EXW orders after prepayment)

PAYMENT

Ways of payment:
Cashless payments (including VAT and excluding VAT)
Cash payment upon receipt of goods (cash on delivery or payment to the courier)
Payment for the order by credit card (card details will be sent after confirmation of the order)
The buyer pays for the money transfer service upon receipt of the goods at the delivery service department in accordance with the rates of the delivery service.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS

Terms of exchange and return of goods in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. Be sure to check the completeness, the presence of external damage to the packaging and defects in the goods at the carrier's office. In case of any damage, call tel. +38 (067) 572-22-00 The return of the goods, the defect of which is found outside the warehouse of the courier delivery service (in the presence of the courier), is carried out by the buyer at his own expense. Return conditions must be agreed with the manager.
