The company invites for a permanent job the Head of Engineering and Design Department.

Requirements:

higher technical education;
work experience in a similar position from 5 years is mandatory
Knowledge of profile programs (SolidWorks, 1c);
ability to work in multitasking mode.
work with PDM server or analogs is welcomed
High communication skills, a person who inspires authority due to his rich experience in design and organizational work, stress-resistant, energetic, proactive, with a strong character, able to defend his point of view, in a business and productive way to interact with managers, coordinate designers office and production and remote work.

Responsibilities:

Setting tasks for the department's designers
Managing, controlling, organizing the work of internal and remote design engineers, meeting deadlines;
Support of products at all stages of production;
Development of design documentation
Interaction with all departments involved in the development and production of products
Development of a new direction (medical, laboratory furniture), increasing the efficiency of development of existing ones.
Active participation in the development of strategy towards complex engineering solutions
