We invite you to join our team as a Human Resources Inspector, who will help us maintain an effective and friendly atmosphere in the team, as well as ensure the high-quality organisation of HR processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining personnel records in accordance with current legislation.
- Maintaining military records.
- Processing the hiring, transfer, and dismissal of employees.
- Ensuring the timely completion of employment records and personal files.
- Preparing and submitting reports to regulatory authorities.
- Interacting with company departments on HR issues.
- Maintaining order in HR processes and assisting in solving the department's current tasks.
Your tasks in this position will be:
- Ensuring full compliance of HR and military documentation with legislation.
- Timely and high-quality execution of all HR procedures.
- Maintaining the relevance of personnel information.
- Making suggestions for improving HR processes.
We would be delighted if you:
- Have a higher education.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Are well versed in Ukrainian labour law.
- Are responsible, attentive to detail and organised.
- Are able to work with documentation and reporting.
- Have good communication skills and are ready to support a friendly team.
