Optical cable type OTsPS is designed for laying in cable ducts (in plastic pipes) and for suspension on supports of communication lines, contact network of railways, power lines. The fully dielectric design minimizes installation hazards and prevents short circuits if the phase conductor is touched.
The cable contains a central optical module (COM), on top of which there is an outer sheath with peripheral power elements made of fiberglass located in it. The free space of the optical module is filled with a hydrophobic compound.
