Single-module optical cable, type OCBgP,, with armor made of corrugated steel tape and a layer of aramid filaments, is intended for laying in soils of all groups, including in areas with high corrosive aggressiveness and in areas infested with rodents, except for soils subject to permafrost and other deformations. It can be laid in cable ducts, pipes, blocks, over bridges, overpasses, as well as along the outer walls of buildings and structures. Cables with a sheath made of flame retardant material are used inside buildings and structures where special fire safety requirements are imposed on the cable in accordance with DSTU 4216.
