The Keystone Jack RJ45 Cat.5e module is used for indoor computer networking. It is a snap-on insert that is mounted on a patch panel or wall-mounted modular patch panel. It allows mounting various types of cables and cords with conductors attached to electrical and electronic devices. Cable installation is carried out manually using special clamps/knives inside the product body, without the use of special tools for crimping.
On one side there is a socket with contacts, into which the cable is inserted, crimped with an RJ-45 connector. On the other side, there is an IDC connector for connecting the data cable (installation is performed with insulation cutting).
The module is suitable for Category 5e cables that provide data transmission speeds of up to 1000 Mbps.
