Optical cable type OTSBgP single-module with corrugated steel tape armor and a layer of aramid threads is designed for laying in soils of all groups, including in areas with high corrosiveness and in areas infested with rodents, except for soils subject to permafrost and other deformations. It can be laid in cable ducts, pipes, blocks, on bridges, overpasses, as well as on the outer walls of buildings and structures. Cables with a sheath made of a material that does not spread combustion are used inside buildings and structures, where special requirements for fire safety are imposed on the cable in accordance with DSTU 4216.
